The services will be delivered toward the link provided by the client in the order process (e.g., YouTube Video URL, Instagram Profile URL).
- Processing Time: 12 - 72 Hours after order placement.
- Delivery Completion: 5 - 7 Days after processing begins.
The delivery periods set out are indicative only. Whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive the services in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the stated period due to the variable nature of social media algorithms.
Refund Eligibility
The customer acknowledges and accepts that full and partial refunds will only be provided under the following strict conditions:
- Non-Delivery: The products purchased were not provided in full within the specified period as a direct result of our own action or inaction.
- Technical Error: A duplicate charge was made due to a technical glitch on our payment gateway.
- Service Failure: We are unable to fulfill the order due to a permanent platform update or patch.
If you believe you are eligible, please contact support. We will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably, including full or partial refunds.
Refund Exemptions
- You set your account to "Private" during the delivery process.
- You change your Username or delete the specific Post/Video while the order is active.
- You run a simultaneous campaign with another provider (overlapping data makes verification impossible).
- You have engaged in activity that breaches our Terms of Use (e.g., commercial misuse).
In all such instances, the service is considered "spent" as our resources were allocated to your link, but your actions prevented delivery.
Order Cancellation
All customers have the right to cancel their orders and claim a full refund on the condition that the order has not yet been processed.
Once the order status changes to "Processing" or "In Progress," our servers have already communicated with the social media APIs, and the process cannot be reversed. Therefore, cancellation is not possible after this stage.
60-Day Retention Warranty
We offer a generic 60-Day Retention Guarantee on all services. If you experience a drop in followers, likes, or views within 60 days of your purchase, we will refill the lost amount 100% free of charge.
This warranty acts as a form of insurance, ensuring you get what you paid for, even if social media algorithms fluctuate.
